Recently, Phnom Penh has been experiencing feeling temperatures in excess of 40 degrees Celsius. I had hoped that last night's temporary downpour would lower the temperature in the city a bit, but it is back to normal again.

And as usual, Phnom Penh's riverside area is crowded with people. Tourists, Buddhist monks, and pigeons. It's just a nice place to cool down for the evening.
