Yes— once I like something I want it all the time! I make this a lot cause it’s so yummy and easy to make. Linguini (or thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta) in a white wine sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 2-3 pounds of fresh littleneck clams
Half a pound of thin spaghetti/ linguine or angel hair pasta (cooked Al dente)
1 & 1/2 cups of white wine (Pinot Grigio)
12 cloves of garlic minced
3 shallots minced
Half a cup of fresh parsley chopped
3-4 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of red chili flakes
2 lemons to squeeze fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Sauté the garlic, shallots and red chili pepper flakes. (It cools very fast so keep an eye on it)
Add the wine and chopped parsley.
Stir and add the washed clams into the pot.
Cover and cool until the shells open. Discard any shells that won’t open.
Add in the cooked pasta that you cooked 2-3 minutes less than the suggested shortest cooking time.
Mix and add the lemon juice and butter.
And voila! It’s done and ready!
Such an easy yet flavorful dish! 🥰🥰
