I was feeling pretty unmotivated and then out of the blue my friend Sade text me this photo. She was sat next to a lady who was reading one of my books Calm on the tube. The greatest joy of this new era of my career is having the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas and potentially help others. Seeing this photo, with postit notes stuck into the pages has made my heart sing and has been the BIGGEST boost for me to make this new book the best it can be.
