To kick off Asian American Pacific Islander Month, we're spotlighting our Social Media Junior Marketing Associate, Brittany Wu to talk about her experience as an Asian-American. ⬇️

"Growing up, my perception of beauty was extremely warped, and as an Asian American I felt misrepresented in the media, within pop culture, and in the beauty industry. I disliked aspects of my appearance, such as my smaller eye shape and lack of a nose bridge because I couldn't find makeup products or techniques that worked for me. As an Asian American woman working in the beauty industry, I’m proud to be a part of the representation that I wished I had when I was younger. Each day, I get to use my voice and perspective to help guide UD in the showcasing of more inclusive content for all beauty lovers. Happy AAPI Month from me and Urban Decay to you 😉!"
