@albertos.travels —Located in the Anser group of islands off the southwestern coast of Victoria, Australia, Cleft Island, now known as Skull Rock, is a striking granite formation. The island is situated within the boundaries of Wilsons Promontory National Park, and its unique location has made it a target for intense winds and waves over the ages. As a result, a captivating cave measuring 130 meters wide and 60 meters tall has been created within the island’s carved-out hollow. Although the rugged structure is visible from the shoreline, it is best appreciated up close from a boat.
