筍の炊き込みご飯。

I made takikomi gohan (rice cooked with bamboo shoots, deep-fried tofu, and chicken thigh). In Japan, there is a home-style dish in which seasonal ingredients are cooked together with rice in dashi broth. In early summer, bamboo shoots are used like this, but in autumn, chestnuts and mushrooms are used. Ingredients and cooking methods may vary depending on the region.
