Así como siempre comparto con todos ustedes mis buenos momentos, creo que también es justo compartir los que no son tan buenos. Desafortunadamente, me diagnosticaron cáncer de cuello uterino y me operarán mañana por la mañana de urgencia. Tengo un grupo de médicos, enfermeras y profesionales increíbles que me cuidan, así que me siento bendecida y agradecida de tenerlos a mi lado y en mi equipo. También me siento fuerte y lista para afrontar este duro momento. Le he declarado la guerra a esta horrible enfermedad y he decidido usar toda la fuerza que Dios me ha dado para convertirme en una voz creando así conciencia a todas aquellas mujeres que lamentablemente por una u otra razón han descuidado su salud y evitan ir al ginecólogo por pena o pereza. Unfortunately I've been diagnosed with cervical cancer and I'll be undergoing surgery tomorrow morning. I have a group of amazing doctors, nurses and professionals taking care of me so I feel blessed and grateful to have them by my side and on my team. I've declared war against this horrible disease and I've decided to use all the strength God has given me to become a voice creating awareness and consciousness to all those women who unfortunately because of one reason or another have neglected taking care of their health and avoid going to the gynecologist.
