Lucy Doswell (@lucydoswellinteriors) hit the interior design jackpot when she was handed a classic Manhattan prewar apartment to work with. Even better? The clients “were ready to make it interesting,” she says. Here in the dining room, she played with zippy hues and splashes of pattern. But there’s no competing with the home’s vertiginous city views: “With such incredible views of the river, I chose this soothing duck egg blue color to pick up on the nature outside,” Doswell adds.
