Before I share each movement with you all below Id like to share some of my thoughts I had on todays treadmill Walkie walk 🚶♀️ I’m so grateful that I am able, able to move my body, I am the youngest I will be and i can do anything with my body that i put my mind to. I love moving my body, I love training and I love building strength. I am the happiest when I’m training in which ever way my body allows 🫶 if u read this far, thankyou for taking time from your day to read this 🤍🥲
1. Banded side taps w a squat. I try to keep myself low when I do the taps to keep resistance. 3 sets, count for 15 squats.
2. Banded pulse squats. I don’t go all the way up to maintain tension thought the entire movement. 4 sets, 10-12 reps
3. Squat press. 4 sets 10-12 reps
4. Hinged squat. 3 sets 8-10 reps
5. DB deadlifts. 3 sets, 8-10 reps
6. Slightly elevated reverse lunge 3 sets, 10-12 reps
