jotipolizoakisさんのインスタグラム写真 - (jotipolizoakisInstagram)「the wave 🌊 in a little over a year ago there’s been a troubling, traumatic and scarring situation that I had to live through and I might share one day with you all. ever since i’ve struggled with panic attacks and severe insomnia. there were many moments where it was difficult for me to get into “my daily life” because of overwhelming anxiety, something which now seems so far away from my current experience - to the credit of some good therapists, good medications and choosing a life away from home for a bit. however i still have unexpected “attacks” that make my day to day somewhat unpredictable - it's in these moments I remind myself that this too will pass. just like a wave, my emotions well up and then dissipate - these emotions aren't something to run away from but instead to embrace and then let go. the wave is on my forearm to remind me in moments of big emotions to relax and just ride the wave. #mentalhealthmatters」6月6日 9時35分
