We (Tried) To listen to the Wind blow through the trees 😅 BUT we live in London so the game got switched to “Is it a big car or small car driving by?” We then went through some intentional breathing and learning patience which was adorable to witness tbh 😅. I needed to Stretch (Because chile the body aches are real) but again it was another form of relaxation to have them stretch their little bodies too! And lastly we just laid there and we watched planes go by and enjoyed no cloud’s being in sight which was beautiful as you could actually see the birds fly by too!!
