When swim class meets up, @stefano_secchi @rezdoranyc and I make braised oxtail sandwiches. This FRI-SUN for Father’s Day weekend at @dominiqueanselworkshop, we’ll be serving up My Dad, The Hero: a 5-hr slow-braised oxtail sandwich (think: Italian sloppy Joe, slowly simmered with tomato confit, garlic, and herbs), creamy Parmesan fonduta, and herbed salsa verde, all on our homemade confit garlic rosemary ciabatta. On the side, a Kiddo Negroni - a non-alcoholic version a Negroni with fresh orange and lemon juice, Lyre’s Italian orange, rosemary, and bubbles. Starts this FRI 6/16 at 8am and through SUN (Father’s Day!) until sold out daily here in Flatiron. Bring the kids and come eat with us!
