Our newest Exceedingly Rare coffee, Costa Rica Tarrazú La Lia COE #5, comes to us from our old friends at La Lia. The Monge brothers partially pulped San Roque Kenia—a rare mutation of the SL-28 cultivar—to create a thick body made complex by bright, tart notes of berry.

The classic pour over is our favorite way to enjoy hot coffee, but we’d like to introduce you to an equally expressive brew method for cold: hot over ice.
