People think that I’ve always had good time and good skills in my career. But it’s not truth. I always had hard time in Japan, Germany, England, Australia, and also here in the US. There was always some challenges that makes me recognize what I need to be done. People who knows me for long time, they know how much I’ve developed. It took long time to cross the line as minimum I wanted to be. Still I never been satisfied with my performance and team performance. And I’ve always had desire to grow, I’ve always wanted to set standards higher, so there has been always people to guide me to right path to make getting better. Also it’s same for playing drums. I didn’t even know how to play them but my desire to grow drove me. Anyway, to continue to play is how much you love and commit yourself. And on that process, for me it was important to know myself that my desire to grow is unstoppable. That is one of the reason I still playing both football and drums (this one is hobby).
