Not too bad. I wish it was better, but I messed up the start of the season. Even though I trained lead regularly during the boulder season and I felt pretty good, the fatigue from 3 back-to-back competitions was too much to handle for my body. I hoped that two rest days after unsuccessful boulder semis in Innsbruck would be more than enough to help me bounce back, but sadly not. Already after route 1 I felt like I could fall asleep standing, or crash any moment. It just got worse after route 2, not being able to stand up or walk. I assume because of a mix of physical, mental and emotional exertion. My whole body started slightly shutting down. Sleep helped. It is a very uncomfortable feeling. Kinda shameful too, and disappointing. I want to be able to do it all and perform well all the time, like quite some others can. But it seems like my body isn't capable of it and I don't like that at all. 😪 And the setting wasn't really my style most of the time, both lead and boulder, so I naturally struggled to perform. What'ya gonna do 🤷🏻‍♀️ In the moment on this photo and that whole week, since Prague, I loved this life the most I ever have. Just 5 days later I hated it more then ever. Felt very unwelcome in this city and at the venue, with so much unnecessary strictness, unmatched arrogance and no problem solving... just sarcastic laughter or refusal to help. Not cool. #allesverboten I am reshuffling my schedule to get good preparations for WCH in Bern.
