This picture is dedicated to Tanisha Anderson a 37 year old woman who died on November the 12th 2014 , whilst being arrested by Cleveland police officers in front of her house and watched by her family and daughter.
She was diagnosed as bi polar and her family called the emergency services seeking help as she was having a mental health episode which made her restless and she kept try to leave the house . A police unit turned up and within half an hour of their arrival , Tanisha Anderson was " slammed " on to the pavement, handcuffed and not breathing. She arrived at the hospital, the coroner’s report says, in full cardiopulmonary arrest and could not be revived. Her death, the coroner would rule, was a homicide, with the cause listed as “sudden death in association with physical restraint in a prone position in association with ischemic heart disease and bipolar disorder with agitation”.
