Pork Belly Cabbage Rolls
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
100g pork belly
1/4 cabbage
All-purpose flour, as needed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon salad oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon grated garlic
White sesame seeds, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and massage with salt. Put it in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
2. Squeeze the excess water from the cabbage and wrap it around the pork belly coated in flour.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the rolls at medium heat. When they are browned, add A and coat the rolls in the sauce. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish.
4. Enjoy!
