Ever wondered how some yoghurt is so creamy? 🥛
It’s honestly easier than you think to make, and here are my tips to achieve the thickest, creamiest, fluffiest yoghurt:
🤍 Use full fat yoghurt: anything with 10% fat or higher is essential (NB: If you go towards the 15%+ territory, then straining isn’t too necessary)
⏰ Give it time: you need to let it rest for at least 30 mins, but overnight is preferable

No one wants a watery tzatziki (which can sometimes happen when adding lemon juice) so straining the yoghurt really is a must!
