The ADA is a civil rights law prohibiting discrimination against disabled people in all areas of public life, with the goal of making sure that disabled people have the same rights and opportunities as their non-disabled peers. Despite its groundbreaking nature and admirable goals, the law is limited and doesn’t go far enough to protect disabled people and enshrine their rights.⁣ ⁣ So, what would it take to get there?
