Dragon’s Beard (Cotton Candy)
Servings: 3

INGREDIENTS
6 soft chewy candies
Some potato starch
Some raisins
Some dried raspberries

PREPARATION
1. Place soft candies in a donut shaped silicone mold. Microwave for 20 seconds at 600W. Stir and let cool.
2. Dust potato starch on a counter, place (1). Stretch the candy into a ring, fold in, then a ring shape again. Repeat until the candy becomes like threads.
3. Divide the candy (2) into 3 parts. Place some raisins and raspberries on top.
4. Enjoy!
