We walked into the location, low ceilings in the main lobby, the lighting sucked energy from you, there was no AC units, the bathrooms needed work, tiles that I didn’t like and who knows what even went on prior to us being there. I just saw so many dance possibilities and my mind was running a mile minute. Some luck, opportunity, support and a ton of people believing in what we were building hurled me towards enough confidence to make such a massive decision. Continuing to move forward with what tools I had, leaning into the uncertainty and trusting my intuition.
