It's been a long time since I've had hojicha tea and parfait.
I had this parfait in New York when I wanted to have a dessert to end a night of drinking! Momoya Soho is a sushi restaurant, but the patissier also serves a different parfait every month. The parfait with hojicha tea was the perfect ending to a wonderful evening. Closing is so important.

飲み会の帰りに何か締めになるデザートが食べたいねーという時にいただきました、まさかの締めパフェinニューヨーク！「モモヤソーホー」さんはお寿司屋さんなのですが、パティシエさんが毎月変わりのパフェも出してくれるレストラン。ほうじ茶と共にいただいた〆パフェ、おかげで最高の夜になりました。やっぱり〆って大切。
