I really wanted to try and breastfeed but I was so mindful of not putting too much pressure on Ivy & I. It took about 6 weeks for us to find our groove with & my goodness it was painful until Ivy was about 12 weeks- Ivy has slight tongue tie and some reflux so I had to wait for her little rosebud mouth to grow & then it wasn’t so painful for both of us! One of the hardest things is feeling confident that she is having enough to eat. But she has been consistently putting on weight & I have to learn that some feeds are better than others and to not be so hard on myself with it all!
