Photography, styling, location scouting - all of the things that used to bring me joy became sources of anxiety, insecurity, and self-doubt. I needed to walk away and take a break. Yet, the pull to create something beautiful has never left me. Instead, I channeled it into cooking and growing flowers in my garden. This is my first attempt at playing with photography in a long time. I feel rusty and unsure of myself. The editing may be too much, the lighting may be all wrong, and my composition may seem pedestrian. I can go on and on… However, perfection is the death knell of creativity.
