アラーナ・イップさんのインスタグラム写真 - (アラーナ・イップInstagram)「Paraclimbing World Championships 2023 🇨🇭 Finals and a 5th place finish for @theblindexplorer 🎉 I met Chaz at the 2022 Salt Lake Paraclimbing World Cup and have worked with him as a caller at three competitions. He is visually impaired (has <10% vision) and is a crusher who climbs outside a ton (boulder, sport, trad, multipitch), is on the Canadian National Blind Hockey team, skis, mountain bikes, runs….the list goes on! It’s been an honour for me to get to work with Chaz, and a very fun challenge. During a competition I stand on the ground and we communicate via Bluetooth headsets. What I tell him while he’s climbing varies from location/pull direction/type of the next hold to technical tips to time management.
