Sundays are for early 6am workouts 🫶🏼
i’ve always been the most “on & off” workout type of person but i’d always stay very very very active in general, in the past few months i’ve been so caught up with life, baby, work, schedule etc that I barely made time for it. I’ve just turned my switch to ON & i’m feeling very motivated to get back in shape 💪🏽 let’s count this as a “day 1” type of post 😋
