８月２９日、森下陸上幕僚長は、豪陸軍主催陸軍参謀長シンポジウムにおいて、フィジー共和国のドラウニバカ国軍司令部参謀長と今後の防衛協力に向けた懇談を行うとともに、ハイレベル間の信頼関係を構築しました。太平洋島嶼国の重要なパートナーであるフィジーとの間で、引き続き、防衛医学（衛生）分野の能力構築協力をはじめとした防衛協力を推進して参ります。🇫🇯🇯🇵

On AUG 29, Gen MORISHITA, JGSDF CS, held bilateral talks with COL Draunibaka, Chief of Staff Land Forces of RFMF, for the future defense cooperation during #CAS2023 and also built a trusting relationship. We will continue to promote the defense cooperation with Republic of Fiji, an important partner of the Pacific island countries, including the cooperation in capacity building in the field of defense medicine (hygiene).🇫🇯🇯🇵
