Today has broken me 😔
We visited one of the many slums in Uganda. I’m still in shock at what I’ve seen.

Thousands of people, children and babies live here. The living conditions are beyond comprehension. I don’t even have to explain… you can see from this video. The smell was stomach turning. No fresh water here, they wash in sewage water & eat only 1 small meal per day.
We took some drinks and snacks as a little gesture, the children were so happy, they wanted to show us around, they wanted cuddles and wanted to hold our hands the whole time 🥹

In these slums, children are trafficked, sexually abused, raped, dying from disease and murdered. The children are left to fend for themselves with their siblings (often aged around 5 or 6) looking after the babies in a sling on their backs. You can see how easy it is for traffickers to take these little ones because there are no parents caring for them. It’s extremely shocking but there are things we can do to help these children.

Ok so like I said in my stories, we cannot save every single human being in this world from poverty. We cannot stop every child from being trafficked, sexually abused, exploited and sacrificed. BUT even being here on the ground to show YOU, my 2.5 million followers, the reality of millions of peoples’ lives - I’m trying to create more awareness.
If we spread the word more can be done.
Kelly and I are on a mission to one day rebuild this whole slum so they will have proper shelter, a bed, electricity & fresh water 🙏 that’s the long term goal.
But right now., we have set up a go fund me page to raise 80k (LINK IN BIO)
The money is to build a rehabilitation / rescue centre for babies and children in Uganda up to the age of 18. It will house up to 200 children a year with food, water, clean clothes, a bed, and an education 🙏 Educating these children will prevent them from traffickers and help them understand and know how to protect themselves and others in their community. @projectrescuechildren @adam_whittington23 @kellyallisonkva @afishalmusic ❤️
