パリでもベルリンでも(もちろん日本でも)ヨガスタジオに行ってるんだけど、全員で唱えるマントラの違いが面白い。Oumと全員で唱えるときに、基本的に音程を揃えるはずがパリは高音域寄りで微妙にみんな音程変えてハーモニー作ろうとする。ベルリンは低音域で同じ音に揃えようとする。日本はその中間かな😏
I've been to yoga studios in Paris and Berlin (and in Japan), and it's interesting to see the difference in the mantras that everyone chants together: with Oum, they are basically supposed to be on the pitch, but in Paris, everyone tries to create harmony by subtly changing pitch in the higher pitch. In Berlin, they try to keep the same pitch in the lower. Japan is somewhere in between.
