Have you ever felt a dramatic shift in your energy but couldn’t put your finger on why? With every interaction there’s an exchange of energy and emotion. This is particularly true for highly sensitive and empathetic individuals 🙋‍♀️. And it can be challenging differentiating between our own energy and that of others. It’s also worth noting the energy exchange from others can be hugely positive! The people who lift our energy simply from being in their presence are gifts!🪽 The first thing I’ve been doing to clear up unwanted energy from others is to become aware of how I feel around people. We become who we surround ourselves by! And this is very much within our power. Secondly, dropping in to my intuition and heart to understand whether it’s mine or others. Self awareness is the key to understanding and differentiating the two. Thirdly, understanding how to deal with that energy. If it’s mine? Address, journal, meditate, talk, and find the root.
