THAI BEEF SALAD 🥩🥬🇹🇭

season rib-eye steak with:
fish sauce
black pepper
palm sugar
leave to marinate for 10 minutes

dressing:
1 tbs fish sauce
2 limes
2 cloves of garlic
birdseye chillies
shallots
& mix!

salad:
cucumber
cherry tomatoes
garlic
shallots
mint
