While tracking Flying Wig , I would look out the window and see the house where we recorded Smokey Rolls Down Thunder Canyon (hey , it was the 60’s!) 15 years and 8 months ago , like REALLY see it , the room where we tracked the whole record , and where Elliot Roberts pointed out the window and said “look at that house over there , thats where Neil wrote After the Gold Rush” pointing to the house where we were tracking this album , what a trip …. I miss Elliot….
