And the winner of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Award is….. Nelson Freitas!!! Thank you so much @sanpellegrino_official for a fantastic time experiencing the excitement and energy find the next great chefs of the world! I’m so impressed by not only the young talents but by the community you brought together for this event! From Virgilio Martinez (of the #1 restaurant in the world) for the Open Letter to Massimo Bottura to oversee the grand finale to all the super accomplished mentors and judges to guide the young chefs the human factor was top level! I also appreciated the hosting of meals in some of Milan’s most beautiful locations like the ornate Palazzo Clerici to the Grand Finale held among the Anselm Kiefer works in Hangar Bicocca. I’m not usually in the world of gourmet dining but I hope miste of these events are in my future!! Congrats to all the young chefs and thanks again @sanpellegrino_official @spyoungchefacademy
