ad| If you’re in Istanbul it’s hard not to notice Galata Tower, so I was keen to include it in @radissoncollection’s Art Series because it's so iconic.

This part of Istanbul is full of life but it’s also a little chaotic so I hopped on a tram to the colourful and peaceful streets of Balat (well, peaceful if you get there early enough before the rest of the Instagrammers arrive). It’s well worth exploring and finding a coffee nearby too, although I had two because I needed the caffeine after waking up early to see the sunrise behind the Ortaköy Mosque in the last photo.
