Watch: 43% of STEM graduates in India are women, but they make up only 14% of the STEM workforce. One of the biggest underlying causes is the lack of female role models and mentors who help challenge stereotypes and empower women to excel in STEM fields.

@OLAYIndia’s new film spotlights inspiring journeys of women in STEM in India through history, emphasizing the vital role of female mentors.

As part of this launch, OLAY is also launching #AI-SHU – a web-based artificial intelligence chat tool to guide young girls in their journeys in STEM careers. Along with this, OLAY's partnership with #VLookup to provide mentorship programs, and with #LEADSchool to provide scholarships to young girls in STEM, are inspiring change and action.
