グッゲンハイム美術館のインスタグラム(guggenheim) - 10月24日 00時50分
German artist Gerhard Richter has created photorealistic paintings, abstract compositions, and even blurred and smudged pieces, pushing the boundaries of traditional painting. His works often provoke viewers to question the nature of perception and the role of art in representing reality.
In this large-scale work, the pigment is thinly applied, resulting in a surface that emulates the flatness of a photograph (and like a snapshot might be, it is blurred).
This work is in the @museoguggenheim collection.
