レゾリュート・ドラゴン２３において、陸上幕僚長、西部方面総監、ⅢＭＥＦ司令官及び在日米国大使官首席公使が、石垣駐屯地における訓練を共同で視察しました。本視察を通じ、陸自ＣＤＯと米海兵隊ＥＡＢＯの連携が進展しており、日米同盟の抑止力・対処力が強化されていることを確認しました。
本演習では、陸自Ｖ－２２オスプレイを活用した日米共同による患者後送訓練等を実施し、作戦・戦術面における日米の相互運用性を向上させることができました。🇺🇸🇯🇵

CS of JGSDF, WA CG, III MEF CG, and the DCM of U.S. Embassy conducted a bilateral visit to observe RD23 in ISHIGAKI. They confirmed the collaboration with JGSDF’s CDO and USMC’S EABO is evolving and the ability of the JPN-US Alliance to deter and counter threats is strengthening.
Furthermore, we conducted bilateral casualty evacuation training using the JGSDF V-22 to improve operational and tactical interoperability between Japan and the United States.🇺🇸🇯🇵
