Three gym hacks to increase upper body and grip strength on the road with limited gym resources.

This gym didn’t have plates so I linked the paloff press machine to my harness with the weight on the bottom of the machine for weighted pull ups.

I travel with the tension blocs so that even if I can’t get to a climbing gym, I can work my fingers — these two exercises help me a lot.
First are weighted holds - for 7 seconds on:: 3 seconds off x 5 for one set, rest then repeat.
Next are (with less weight) finger curls — 15/hand per set.
