Sweet Potato Cheese Balls
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150g sweet potatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tablespoons water
20g butter
mozzarella cheese, as needed
honey, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Place the sweet potatoes and water in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes until they are soft.
2. Add butter to (1), mix, and divide the mixture into two portions. Shape each portion into a round ball, and place mozzarella cheese inside.
3. Bake in a toaster until they develop a golden brown crust. Once done, drizzle with honey.
4. Enjoy!

*Do not give honey to infants under 1 year of age, as it may lead to infant botulism.
