The whole “eating for two” is not technically correct, but your hormones are for sure making your stomach feel like you need to!

Cravings are REAL, and so is the struggle to keep out of the pantry. Sometimes I’m successful - other times not so much.

However, I always try to tell myself that the quick fix is NOT the right solution.

The fluctuations of estrogen and progesterone plays a trick on you and can drastically change the levels of and sensitivity to grehlin and leptin, two hormones closely controlling the feeling of hunger.

Exercise is one of the best way to combat grehlin and gain control of your eating. Fiber as well as plenty of fluids is another great tool to keep yourself out of the pantry and on track @rpstrength

This is also the case if you’re on your own (not with an extra person inside of you 😊)
