Is architect David Rockwell’s (@rockwellgroup) terrace the best rooftop in New York City? With city views from Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighborhood, a teak wall that frames a hot-tub area, an @brownjordan1945 outdoor counter, and stylish furnishings, we’d wager that it’s certainly in the running. Whatever the judges conclude, Rockwell calls it “a godsend” amid the Covid-19 shutdown—and it will likely remain so for years to come.
