Been on the road non-stop circling 100 flights this year building dreams and businesses, but you’ve gotta be stronger than your excuses… just start. Every journey starts with one step… Nik looked at me last month as my body was starting to breakdown, and reminded me that health IS wealth. In the end that’s all that matters. She setup our cold plunge and this badass training regimen. Thanks for looking out for me honey. Time to get back to my roots ladies and gents ;)
