What's the difference between heat trained hair and heat damaged hair?

@HairByNay247 explains:
► Heat damaged hair will not have a curl pattern. The hair acts as if you're growing out a relaxer and it cannot be restored. You'll have to grow new hair out or do a big chop.

► Heat trained hair is healthy and you can flat iron it and it'll last through any season and you'll still have your curls and elasticity!

In this video, @HairByNay247's client's hair is heat damaged so she used @amika soulfood mask to moisturize and nourish the client's strands until she's ready for another cut.
