What an honor it was to be asked by @ディタ・フォン・ティース to design the makeup for her Las Vegas residency #DitaLasVegas ! I remember being a little boy and wanting to see the all of the showgirl shows in Vegas and being too young to go. Glitter? Feathers? Shiny things? Yes, please! The show is glamour overload with the Bob Mackie and Pete Menefee original costumes and some truly dazzling sets, props, and more eye candy than I could possibly imagine! To come up with a makeup look that honors Dita and her aesthetic, these glorious costumes, and the legacy that is Jubilee was indeed a career highlight. I must thank Monique Boyer @musiclady70 at @macpro for the makeup support ! And of course a huge shout out to the incredible Dita for having me along on this historic journey.
