Farmer stated on October 2, 2023 that Tyrese Gibson was entitled to a hearing before a supersedeas bond was entered because Mr. Gibson is appealing the Judge’s rulings in the divorce case. A hearing was set for November 15, 2023. Mr. Gibson was supposed to bring his CPA to the hearing on November 15, 2023 to present documents and evidence. Instead, on November 13, 2023, Judge Farmer suddenly cancelled Mr. Gibson’s hearing without notice, and instead of rescheduling the hearing, Judge Farmer entered an order requiring Mr. Gibson to pay almost a half million dollars to his ex-wife’s attorney in 10 days without a hearing as if there was some type of collusion between Judge Farmer and Samantha Gibson’s attorneys. This latest injustice by Judge Farmer is just one of many actions which suggests that there may be something else is going on at the Fulton County Superior Court Judge. Is there collusion going on with Judge Farmer and Samantha Gibson’s lawyers, or does Judge Farmer regularly deny litigants the opportunity to be heard? Judges are supposed utilize the authority that they have to carefully evaluate the testimony of the witnesses and the evidence presented. Judges have to be patient and allow parties to have their days in court. Judges are supposed to ALLOW every person the opportunity to be heard - Mr Farmer would not allow Mr Gibson to testify at his divorce trial and ordered Mr. Gibson to pay a California child support amount in a Georgia case, Farmer made Mr. Gibson pay 2 years of retroactive child support in the amount of $10,690 per month even though Mr. Gibson had been voluntarily paying over $2,000 per month for a toddler without a court order for 2 years, and how Mr Farmer completely ignored the fact that Mr. Gibson’s ex-wife lied to the the public UNDER OATH [ please see my last post tobreas the rest ]」11月23日 2時15分
