I was trying to figure out which door to feature …went on google and google maps and chose this one. I still remember my first time here, I admit I was overwhelmed and I got lost. 😆 I didn’t know how to use the elevator…meaning which floor to go and get off. Each floor has names of designers and that’s something I’m not good at. Aside from the obvious very well known designers, I never look at labels when I buy clothes. Only to find out years later what brand I’m wearing. So getting into an elevator at Bergdorfs was and still is very challenging for me. I need a map 🗺️ 😅 This store, I admit is impressive and wow! 🤩 Everything is so so pretty! Hope you enjoyed my mini interpretation of a New York icon! She’s really beautiful in real life!! . Btw…To this day what’s in my closet is just a sea of “black” with hints of grey, white, and navy peeking through. I prefer to not wear color, rather just blend in as background. But I love my art to be filled with colors of the rainbow!! And if you ever see my illustration of parts of myself in color…that’s my imagination 😁🖍️ .
