THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING Prep time: 5 minutes INGREDIENTS 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 11⁄2 teaspoons tomato ketchup Squeeze of fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon capers, or green gherkin relish 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ground black pepper, if desired METHOD Whisky all the ingredients together.This dressing is delicious spooned over veggie burgers or served as a dip with crudités.
