@corneliamurr and I wrote this song years ago on a trip to Paris. A big fashion house flew us out there to go to their show and we spent most of the time in our hotel room making up this country song, called “Brilliant Friend,” inspired by the Elena Ferrante series about female friendship 😅 needless to say, we were not asked back 🥰 you can hear the full thing on my first EP.
