A few years ago, Liz Flatt sought to find the person who murdered her sister, Deborah Sue Williamson, or Debbie, in 1975. She turned to the podcasters George Jared and Jennifer Bucholtz, who took an interest in the case. But Flatt had a falling-out with the podcasters after Bucholtz shared some of Wiliamson’s case files with a producer. The podcasters, in turn, criticized Flatt for disrupting their investigation.
