Because the heart never ages and always stays innocent and pure and wants to feel and express exactly as we did when we were kids... but the aging mind doesnt allow the heart to breathe as it has seen too much and has become a warning light... so therefore takes over and doesnt allow the heart to feel anymore and limits us in how we should feel thus we age... But u see, the heart never changes and stays pure but is just buried by our thoughts in which is a constant battle/struggle between the heart and the mind
in which creates stress in which leads to exhaustion and ultimately the word "getting old"...
So if we can help everyone to spark up the heart to feel again and bring back someone of the youthful feeling again and to relieve the head from strain for even that one moment...
I would be happy... Because from that moment on your heart and mind will find its way back and start to work in harmony again... So Always follow ur heart and navigate with ur wise mind
and u can always have a youthful life as ur heart never lies... because I believe God lives within our hearts~
